Erick Barger is an experienced Associate Broker with a strong background in the real estate industry and a passion for helping clients make confident, informed decisions. Throughout his career, Erick has developed extensive experience in residential real estate, including buyer representation, new home sales, condominiums, short sales, and a wide range of real property transactions.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Louisville, Erick brings strong analytical and communication skills to his work. His understanding of the financial side of real estate, combined with years of industry experience, helps clients look beyond the transaction and understand the bigger picture when buying or selling a home.

Erick’s military service has also played an important role in shaping the person and professional he is today. The discipline, commitment, and sense of responsibility he developed through his service carry over into how he approaches his clients and his business.
